Introduction

Rampant corruption cases in recent years which caused by a number of active or former officials have hurt the people of Indonesia.  The disappointment is not because of mentality of the officials but also caused by the poor monitoring and implementation of our nation operational system. Moreover, there are recent reports of widespread which discuss an amnesty for the corruptor. So, they can swing freely after enjoying their plunder. It takes severe punishments that could be a deterrent for corruptor and make a re-thinking for the other to do corruption.
