Influence of Hobby

We often talk about hobby since we were kid.  Hobby is something we do with our pleasure. Just that what we talk and ask about. Essentially, there is something huger we can find from our hobby. Now I can state that our hobby has influence to our better life. Why? Because our life is mostly influenced by our psychology condition, and our psychology condition is interpreted in our hobby. In this case, our hobby will lead us to our economical benefit, better quality life, and our compliance of obligation.

Many people have their unwanted job. They run their job as a force just for fulfilling their needs. So, whoever they are who do something as a force, they will do it without any spirit. Of course it influence to the result of the job. The ending will show its low level of result. It will be different if they do their job as pleasure; they do it with spirit and will show its best of result. Why? Because the psychology takes its place during the process which show the people to the beautiful way they should pass.

Kubzansky is a principal researcher who followed the health of more than 6,000 men and women aged 25-74 years over 20 years. He found, for example, emotional vitality, enthusiasm, hopeless, passion in life (elan vitalea), and the ability to deal with the pressures of life, proved to lower the risk of coronary heart disease. From the excerption we release that our emotional condition influences to our better quality life, especially in our health. That is why when we do not enjoy our life we feel that or life is not comfortable at all. Something we desire to do is just anger and grumbling. Of course it makes us stressed and will disturbe our health condition. But, if we enjoy our life, for example doing our hobby, we will get our happy and enjoy time. It will serve us the best thing it can include reducing our bad mood, and also our psychological disease.

 We know that everything Allah gave us become our obligation to use it, including our hobby. It is as our asset to reach our success. That is why Allah gives the different and same hobby to each person all over the world in order we can effort what we have because He created many different thing to use by mankind. So, if we use our asset, hobby, it means that we compliance our obligation as His bondservant.

So, do not play with our hobby. Make it as Allah’s boon that we must use it well. Do not try to be underestimating-minded to our hobby, whatever it is. Just thanks to Allah for His great gift.
