            A fast globalization and consumer culture have given birth generation of proven instant, soft minded, not resilent etc. In general, the quality of human resources now are badly than needed character education. Outbound training based on learning to experience and learning by doing is believed to be a solution of character education. Many  methods of outbound that can build tenager’s character, there are : dynamics group, outdoor adventure, challenge activity, learning by doing, etc.

            Dynamics group that very effective in building social capital that is cooperation among citizens of community in finding solution of the problem. .......

            Outdoor adventure is the one of outbound methods that can stimulate high survival capability and control powerful emotions. .......

            Outbound has a goal to make the development of human resources powerful, dignified, and firm attitude with based on pro fesionalism, innovation, patriotism, and love of nature.
