I feel that having a paper read by a classmate is extremelly important and helpful if the person is honest and willing to write down that he feels can be useful to the author.

Frequently, I find that people are too lenient and polite when they respond to a paper. They tend to write down all positive points because they feel guilty or foolish cutting down papers. This does not benefit the author at all. The reason for getting reader reaction to a paper is to receive a second or third opinion. Lets face it, in most cases there is room for improvement in any paper. The job of the reader is to make helpful comments so that the author can go back and write an even better paper.

Take for example Seanu Ratu. She ia a good reader. She did encourage me and said that to me that my ideas weren’t developed clearly. She told me that I needed to have some “backing” for what I said. She also told me that examples would help a lot and would help tie the ideas together, too. And she brought to my attention that my conclusion was week. Then she gave me what I hope was a good idea for my conclusion.

After Seanu Ratu finished her reading, I went back and rewrote the whole paper to developed and link my ideas. I do feel that there was a definite improvement from my first rough draft to the second. Therefore, I feel having a reader’s reaction is very benificial to the writer and should be used when writing any paper.

The difference between Sundanese and Javanese cultures

The Difference between Sundanese and Javanese Culture is not a Barrier. Indonesia is an archipelago country. Each island has a diversity of cultures. The diversity of our culture to impact the traditional differences that applies in these areas. For example, Javanese and Sundanese are the two biggest local tribes in Indonesia. The differences among of them are the language, differences of the ritual which is use, how to sustain life etc.

Sundanese are an ethnic group originating from the western part of Java Island, Indonesia, which covers the administrative area of West Java province. Sundanese is the second largest ethnic groups in Indonesia, after the Javanese. Language of Sundanese has several levels based on its level of decency. Ritual in Sundanese culture like Ceremony Gestation, The Birth and Babies Ceremony, Ceremony of Childhood, Marriage Ceremony and Death Ceremony.
 The differs by being more overtly Islamic, and has a much less rigid system of social hierarchy.

The Javanese is an ethnic group native to the Indonesian island of Java. Ethnic Javanese are the largest tribe in Indonesia, both in number and wider distribution. The use of language at a certain level is also influenced by the Javanese people in a particular class. Ritual which use in Javanese culture
 The ceremony of death, Traditional birth ceremonies, and Wedding ceremonies.  Many traditional Javanese customs have their roots in the Kejawen belief or Hindu traditions, although most Javanese are not Hindu anymore.

 So, the difference was as beautiful unifying.

Internet is defined as a collection of various services and resources. Although, many people still think e-mail and World Wide Web as the principle constituents of Internet, there is a lot more in store than e-mail, chat rooms, celebrity web sites and search engines. It has also become the best business tool in the modern scenario. Today, Internet has brought a globe in a single room. Internet has tremendous potential and a lot to offer in terms of services. However, like every single innovation in science and technology, Internet has its own advantages and disadvantages. Let us see what are the advantages and disadvantages of Internet.

There are several advantages of Internet : First as Faster Communication. The foremost target of Internet has always been speedy communication and it has excelled way beyond the expectations. Newer innovations are only going to make it faster and more reliable. Now, you can communicate in a fraction of second with a person who is sitting in the other part of the world.  It has become very easy to establish a kind of global friendship where you can share your thoughts and explore other cultures. Second as Informatin Resource. Information is probably the biggest advantage that Internet offers. Internet is a virtual treasure trove of information. Any kind of information on any topic under the sun is available on the Internet. The search engines like Google, Yahoo are at your service on the Internet.

Students and children are among the top users who surf the Internet for research. Today, it is almost required that students should use the Internet for research or the purpose of gathering resources. Even teachers have started giving assignments that require extensive research on the Internet.

Disadvantages of Internet. First using the Internet is that your personal information is not safe, especially important one. For example, if you use Internet to shop online, your credit card number can be stolen, and then the money in your bank account will probably be used up. Or if you send some confidential material to your business partners, your opponents may try to steal it and harm your company. Pornography is the second disadvantage of the Internet. This is a very serious issue, especially when it comes to children. Nowadays there are thousands of pornographic sites on the Internet that can be easily found. These sites are very harmful to the kids, and may incite them to act out sexually against other ones.

Moreover, a recent study has shown that frequent exposure to pornography may cause the children to involve in sexual illness, sexual addiction and unplanned pregnancies, which have bad influences on the children’s mental life. The last is Virus threat. Computers attached to internet are more prone to virus attacks and they can end up into slowing down your computer’s speed, destroying data and crashing your whole hard disk. Maybe most of us here have at least once suffered from viruses no matter how hard we have tried to prevent them from infecting the computers by using some anti-virus programs. So we should know clearly that they cause bad damages , but are inevitable.

To avoid the misuse of the Internet, especially for students at school and at home, we should be able to provide constraints that may be able to avoid the misuse of the internet. We should used  information retrieval and many positive things that support students Ineducational activities. Therefore here are some small steps that we can do as a parent at home. First when we finish using a modem,  plug the modem straight out from computers or laptopsl parent keep the modem when not in use. Second if the house has internet WiFi network/Hotspot, its use should be limited in time and how long it can access the internet. The last put the computer in an open space, not in privat rooms. The goal is that the computer can be shared and each parent can monitor  what is opened by the child.

Thus, Internet has the potential to make your life simple and convenient, as well as wreak havoc in your life. Its influence is mostly dictated by the choices you make while you are online.
